On the trail to the next level of plate curl, I am trying different methods. Here is what I call plate curl destruction. I called it that because my arm, hand and wrist were dead after this. 

One non-stop set.   35lb plate for a single.  33lb plate for 3 reps.   25lb plate for 12 reps.   35lb plate for 7 second hold/lock.   33lb plate for 9 second hold/lock.   25lb plate for 17 second hold/lock.   Arm dead
