Training PRs 10-23-2019

During training last night I got quite a few more training PRs in addition to riptober. 2 reps on middle finger pull up. Plate curl 35lb + 1.25lb plate mate for 2 singles. 25lb middle finger pull ups for 3 reps. 185lb one arm hang for 3 seconds. 9 reps on the spinning Ironmind axle pull up. Also got a volume PR of 8 total reps on the plate curl with a 35lb plate. Really happy with the plate curl PRs because they make me a couple steps closer to curling a 45lb plate. Also getting closer to an over 200lb one arm hang. Rounding out the training session was some horse shoe bending. Bodyweight 173lb. Thanks everyone.
