Great work, that superset must have burned. 

I just did some chuck sipes wrist curls. Ive had an extensor issue on my left for months making wrist curls very painful. 

I tried a chuck sipes variation today after seeing you do them so often and zero pain at all! Im over the moon as i can train them again. It must be the different angle.
