Indeed! Even more so after that long ramp up to eight (8) reps @ 55kg left and right. I honestly think I may knock out a hundred consecutive reps with a 100-pounder (~45kg) within the next 3-4 months. Keeping my fingers crossed.

That is very impressive and strong. Have your wrists grown any more lately?

I measure tomorrow! It has been three (3) months since my last measurement.  Don't think my wrists have grown but definitely think my lower and mid-forearms have.

Look forward to seeing the results. Im 1 year i to grip now and my wrists have grown 3/8" mine still are tiny though. If found the same thing, I found my measurement at the top is slow to go up but the thickness lower down around the mid forearms continues to grow.

New gym today. Measuring time again and I be mak'in some gainz!

Increased both my max forearm and mid-arm measurements by half an inch! Wrist grew another 1/8". As always, all measuring is performed cold... unflexed... without a pump... without goosenecking... with my arm held out straight. 

21 NOV 2020 = 94kg;  12⅜" (Wrist: 7¼"; Mid-Arm: 11¾")

21 AUG 2020 = 80kg;  11⅞" (Wrist: 7⅛"; Mid-Arm: 11⅛")

22 MAY 2020 = 81kg;   11¾" (Wrist: 6⅞"; Mid-Arm: 10½")
