Darrin S
Lately I have been trying out some new movements in training to keep it fun and to keep making progress. Here is one movement I have been doing for a couple of weeks and really "like." Middle finger farmers walk. 135lb in each hand for 20 feet using just my middle fingers. Thanks everyone.
Bob Callahan
Very cool. As a rock climber, I've been training individual finger strength for certain kinds of holds. My strongest middle finger is about 75 pounds at a bodyweight of 150.
Ricochet
Damn, outstanding performance there! And I thought my 25-meter thumbless 100 KG Farmer's Walk (1¾" fat-grip top-loaded handles) was bad-ass... not.
