Plate Curl PRs 10-7-2019

More PRs on the plate curl. This was from yesterday 10-7-2019 before I did the card tearing for riptober. Used a 25lb plate + additional weight. 39lb Total weight for single.  36.6lb Total weight for 5 reps.  25lb for 32 reps. Thanks everyone.

Great work. That last set of 32 reps looked intense. I bet your forearms was pumped!

Ive never actually tried them before but Im going to add them into my program, They look tough. How do you normally train them? I.e. sets and reps, frequency etc?

Had a strong day yesterday myself 35 for 9 lefty and 5 right

Awesome work Adam.  You keep pushing the limits on the plate curl.  My best on the 35lb plate curl right now is 7 total reps with right hand.  2,2,2,1  My left hand is still at the 33lb plate curl.  Again very cool Adam.
