Hi, everybody. My name is David, I'm 22 years old.  I've been armwrestling for about 7 years, was on the junior national team.  Last year I moved to strongman where began to show serious results

Here are my best CCS

Remarkable. Maybe the best gripper video I’ve seen to date. Not much more I can say, except I know who I would put money on to be the first New Rules Number 4 Certifier.

It gets ridiculous sometimes. A man 2x heavier? 😬

quite common in open category and training.  or Hw category.
being a lighter guy myself, most of the guys i train with are more than double my weight (Armwrestling)
but they tend to rely on strength and leave behind technique, however the ones who have both are just steam trains lol.

6 inches of snow yesterday and 9 inches expected today. Loving it! Snow is my favorite time.

Wow...I wonder how many reps you could get over the course of one day with say the #2 or even #3.

Very impressive strength! What would you say has helped you the most in moving up in grippers?

I'm doing great. For now, I've given up on grippers for other purposes.
