Very good work, bro! Most I’ve managed is 2 reps with a 174 inch. It’s insane to think of cleaning it. You will get it eventually for a clean if your back stays healthy. For me, I’ve had lumbar and cervical spine fusion, so for me, it may not be wise to attempt.

Damn man, you're strong as hell. I hope you have no injuries in the future, you will close the #4 under official rules 100% and probably set a couple of world records. Very, very impressive.

HUGE CLOSE setting the Vulcan at that level is so challenging. Very awesome thanks for sharing your training here 💪👍👍👍
