David Shamey: strongman training diary

Recommended Posts

Hi, everybody. My name is David, I'm 22 years old.

I've been armwrestling for about 7 years, was on the junior national team.  Last year I moved to strongman where began to show serious results in average weight category.

Grip has been my hobby for all these years, because of this I registered on this forum to close MM9-10.
On the way to this I will share with you my results

From interesting this summer I was certified certified for Coc 3 and 3.5, won the Strongman World Championship in the weight category 110kg, pulled 210kg Apollon Axle

Welcome to the forum. If this is going to be added to as a log it's in the wrong forum. Let me know if that is your plan.

I'm going to share only the best results, without a training plan. Place my topic where it should be, I haven't settled in yet)

I follow you on YouTube. I'm shocked you're only 22... Most of the people that start training as teens don't take it as serious as you. I find that amazing that you keep going and get these out worldly results. I can already see you close Warren tettin Hercules. Haha.

My best apollon axle deadlifts (kg)
205 X 1
195 X 3
180 X 6
165 X 12
140 X 20
125 X 30
And without fixing 205-215-225

Coc 3.5 20mm block x 16
Coc 3 20mm block x 34
Coc 2.5 20mm block x 52

Coc 1 20mm block x 102

Remarkable. Maybe the best gripper video I’ve seen to date. Not much more I can say, except I know who I would put money on to be the first New Rules Number 4 Certifier.

Wow is right. I too will put my money on first to close the #4 under the new rules.

94kg GHP is much lighter than this 95.5 kg BB.

Sometimes there is no desire to close heavy grippers

After armwrestling competitions I can't close heavy grippers long enough)

Why is no one playing with me?😅
David Horne's ranking is a great place to compete, but it's empty :(

How do you register at David's forum? I got an easy CoC 1.5 I could probably do quite a few reps with.

Need to point fingers real name of and surname under registration, like as
