Plate Curl and Pinch Pull Up PRs 10-6-2019

Plate curl and Pinch pull up PRs from today. Really happy with these PRs.
33lb Plate curl from a one arm hang
33lb Plate curl for 3 slow reps
25lb Plate curl for 12 reps from a one arm hang.
Pinch pull up 4 reps with no re-grip
Pinch pull up 10lb for 3 reps no re-grip
Pinch pull up 15lb for 2 reps no re-grip. Getting a little stronger everyday. Thanks everyone.
