33lb Plate Curl Slow with 12 sec hold on the negative.

Saw @AdamTGlass video of a slow 35lb plate curl last night, so I decided to give it a try(even though I feel crap) with the 33lb plate. This is the third and best single of the training session.
Held it for 12 sec just above the half way point on the negative. Really like these slow reps with holds. Really hit your wrist and fingers. Bodyweight 172lb. Thanks everyone.
