Darrin S Posted September 29, 2019 Share Posted September 29, 2019 I decided to try some 3in barbell pull ups. Last time I tried these I could not even hang from barbell if I remember correctly. It would just spin out of my hand. Today my best was singles with 10lb and 15lb. Then I got a double with just bodyweight. I did get a half of rep with 20lb but didn't put it in the video. These are really tough. They take a strong wrist to prevent the spinning. Pretty happy with this. Bodyweight 173.8lb Thanks everyone.
