IM AXLE hang 342 lb - 28.75 seconds

342lb. Total Not including 4 lb of belt/chain.  Saw a couple top level guys trying this so decided to do this- I can hang no doubt:) as this was my 3rd attempt this A.M. as first 2 could not view entire body/weights. FYI, hanging from suspended axle is easier than if axle is on top of power rack- which I don't have that type of rack to do that on.

I’m confused... is this Stallone in Cliffhanger? Or is this Mike Thomas? And if it’s not Mike and it IS  Stallone, what’s he doing in Mikes garage??

🤔 ... if I trade my bench I’ll probably never get it back. Took me 51 years to get 298x8. 😮😆

Thanks Beast! Suspended IM axle was one of the few ways to train grip when I hurt my back in January. Bar hangs of any kind are wonderful for grip. enhancing mental toughness and elongating spine.

9/30/19 IM AXLE hang this A.M. 342 lb Total - 31.84 seconds- BWT w/clothes 226 plus 116lb weights- total does not include dip belt and 5 ft weight chain which is well over 4lb. I need to step on a plate next time as I cant get entire grip on the bar just using fingers essentially.
