Lennix Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 So, I've started to do these wonky Kettlebell pinch deadlifts in lack of a blob to practice with before a competition which will include blobs. I have no clue if it have any carry over but I think it's really fun. Here is 16kg Kettlebell with 6kg added weight (Would have gone with 18kg for width but the gym doesn't have it) . Super curious on how much bloblifters could lift with this setup! It also shows how important hand size are for blocklifts, I'm a lot stronger in my right hand but can only lift this weight with my left since it's just a tad bigger. Any bloblifters tried this?
