Sybersnott
I decided to do something REALLY different: just severe negatives. That's all. That's it. Then two days rest, and begin again. I must love pain. This will be a November to remember!!
Guest kINGPIN
Snott, are you not going to go to positive failure first with standard holds/reps?

Guest
Snot, I predict that you are going to make the best gains of your life on neg only!:o Just make sure you rest enough. Keep us posted on your progress.
Sybersnott
I'm doing my severe negatives with the Joe Kinney machine - the Secret Weapon. 100 pounds.... hold till failure.... switch off to work both hands.... about five reps each hand. I can't do any more than that - the pain is just too much. 3Crusher.... I'll let you know when I get certified.
Bill Piche
Geez Snott..what's it been? Like a year since you first closed the #3. What are you waiting for man!
Sybersnott
WannaGrip, I'm not afraid. But you're right.... lollygagging around has got the best of me. I first closed the #3 in March, and I wasn't happy with it at that time. I was going to prove myself at the AOBS this past October - but the event was cancelled.
