Gripper Training Routine that I used for MM8 Certification

This is the Gripper Workout Routine that I used for the past couple of years and it helped a lot for my MM8 certification.

I was almost injury free during the those years and had slow but consistent progress

So was the hot water the only warmup you were doing or did you do any sets with lighter grippers before hitting the goal grippers?

Hot water steam is the only warmup and it also helps my hands to recover for the next set attempt. Basically the whole video is my entire workout for the day. Nothing behind the camera.

The video was really useful Morgan! I started to use your advice of the ht water months ago, and it warms my hands really good! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the community.
