Extensor exercises- 5x30 both hands

Starting my log back up today!

Deep Squat- 315 5x5

1) 2” One hand pinch block-50x2, 65x2, 70x1, 75x1, 80x1, 85x1 (both hands)

2) LBH- 121x5, 130x5, 140x3, 145x3, 150x1,155x1 (both hands)

3) 2.5” roller- 130x5, 145x5, 150x3, 150x3, 150x3

4) tips tester- 200x1, 250x1, 275x1, 283x1

5) shallow dub hub- 25x5, 30x3, 45x1, 50x1

6) played with grippers just parallel closes!! Close to getting that #3.5

LBH- 100 10x10 each hand 30 sec hold last set

25lb plate curl- 3x3 each arm

Quick Workout after a long day at work climbing poles!!!

1-4-20

Took some time off to heal some little injuries in December. Feel great and starting the new year off right. Weight loss is going good Im down 10lbs. Todays work felt heavy but just getting back in the groove.

2” ironmind axle- 225x5, 275x5, 305x3, 315x3, 330x3, 330x3, 315x3, 305x3, 275x5, 225x5

2” pinch block 2 hand lift- 135x5, 145x4, 155x3

coc #3 rated 151- ccs 3 times

coc #3.5 rated 180- parallel set 1 time

I have started doing some two a day type training. 
 

2 mile walk and sprint
 

2.5” rolling handle- 135x5, 135x5, 140x5, 140x5, 150x5, 150x5

Rolling Thunder- 150x5, 160x5, 170x5, 175x1, 175x1, 175x1

silver bullet coc #4 rated 217- 3 sets at 3-4 sec 

really working on the set (being quick)

I’ve been working a lot of late nights lately.... so workouts have been hit or miss. I’ve been doing a lot of extensor work and working my silver bullet.

1-8-20

tried out the ironmind hub for the first time working my way up to a 70.9lb lift. Also did some extensor work and grippers. Next week start a new training cycle that is going to consist of alot of thick bar!! 
 

COC 3.5 rated at 180 parallel set with a hair left till closed.

COC 3 rated at 148 CCS close. 
 

COC 4 rated at 211 parallel set with about 1/2 inch till close.

Made it in to Texas last night! Well rested up. Im ready to see all the Team Texas guys and hit some PR’s for myself!

looking back through my progress videos. This video was back in July of last year. First time trying a parallel set (MMS). Always motivating to look back and see the progress you’ve made!
