DOH Axle- 225x5, 315x3, 335x2, 365x1, 325x2, 315x3, 225x5

Workout 2-

RT- 130x5, 150x3, 165x2, 150x3, 130x5 

Axle Bench press- 225x10, 315x5, 335x3, 365x1, 315x5, 225x10

I believe it was 330. It was all mental for me that day. Hopefully i will see some improvement at Olympia.

SuperSet

DOH front bicep curl- 75x5, 80x5, 85x5

Bent over row (3” Saxon Bar)- 135x4, 135x3, 135x2

Steve nice Axle! I predict you will reach & exceed 370 by the next Arm Lifting contest 💪👍

Film your next RT set for me to see 

Look at Tanners lift start- he’s the one to copy 

See all joints load and extend- this takes advantage of the elasticity of the connective tissue

Will do! Im trying to stay focused and hit PR’s and keep reminding myself this is a marathon not a sprint! I like Tanner’s set up. I worry about the quick jerk though bringing the implement out of position in my hand.

Adjust Accordingly. He was a national level climber and can easily do one arm pull ups - your amount of force through the arm will grow as you get stronger in the primary lifts

Adam, this was the lift I was telling you about that broke Bryan's Crusher. If you look close, when I begin the lift a washer breaks loose on the pinky side of the implement and rolls across the floor haha. You cannot tell in the video, but the frame was badly bent as well. Luckily this was the last lift of the day on the Crusher.

COC Gripper #2.5 rated at 128- 5 sets of 2 CCS closes.

COC Gripper #3 rated at 151- 5 sets of 2 Parallel set closes.

COC Gripper # 4 rated at 211- 5 sets of 10 sec SB hold.
