Thanks, John! I hope you have been finding time to train.

Wish I could say that I did and got burned out for the better part of a year and simply stopped. I'm just now starting to train again.

Thanks, Jesse! How heavy do you you think you will need to lift on the LBH to get into the top 10 (LBH only)?

With King Kong rules ~100kg/220lbs  would be my guess.

Jedd, Lucas, Krivykh, Tank, Thomas, You, Joe, Me, Arto, Temmee and couple of more people who's name I can't quite remember. No doubt there is more than 10 people who can hit 100kg, but as always only few people have a perfect competition day.

People who are at or over 220 in addition to your names: Adam , Tanner (he's close to 220), some old guy named... me :laugh, and a bunch of others.    (I think there are 20+ people over 220 right now)  But it's such a finicky lift that depends on humidity, etc. that 220 might get you into the top 10.  Personally, I think 230 is what it will take for a top 10.  Winner will be above 260.  Probably well above.  Maybe as high as 275-280 given where I know certain people are right now.  Then again, like Jesse says, not everyone has a good lift on comp day.

Totally agree with this statement... many of us are in this range now. LBH isn’t as obscure as it once was.

Oh yea, Joe too.  Sorry buddy, forgot about ya.  No offense.

There are a lot more people in the 210 - 240 range than you would guess.  Of course there are a couple in the "Holy Shit" range too.

Haha no worries..... I am not doing KK this year anyway... so I’m no threat.

Probably add Laine, Gil, and Jed. What about Chad Woodall and Carl Myerscough?

And nationals.... and look what I end up doing?? Haha I can’t resist man. But most likely no as I do NOT like hubs of any kind. Ever since that tendon snap last year... (and yes I know you can grab it doorknob style) just still not a fan.

Don't forget Canada. Eric and maybe Yves will be above 220.

Definitely Eric and Yves and also possibly Justin Major if he gets the technical aspects down.

Yeah tons of people over 220, sorry for missing many of them.

I think 230lbs lift is a safe bet for top 10, but with few fails and people not performing as well as they could I can see 220~ being the cut off. I know I could hit 250 or I could hit under 220 😂. I still have no idea how my LBH varies soo much.

It’s totally insane the amount it varies from day to day and temperature to temperature. Very disheartening sometimes. Knocks us down a few pegs after we make a great lift and then next week you lift 20-30 pounds less.

Yea, depending on the day, I'm as likely to hit 190 as I am 230.  Vertical lifts vary more than most, but the lbh seems to be the craziest.
