Didn't move quite as fast as the 550, but wasn't exactly a grinder either.

Shaking a little but still moving fast - 600 should go soon

I was going to try it the other day but somehow tore something in my upper abs warming up with 405.  Didn't bruise too bad so hopefully I can give it a run soon.

We were talking about the living room deadlifts tonight!  Haha

Probably not the smartest thing to do before a contest, but it was calling to me tonight at Paul's before dinner.  Not like I'm going to finish anywhere but the bottom this weekend anyway.  Lol.  I think with a proper warmup I could get it to lockout.  Paul Knight's 172# Sahlaney Inch.

Gripwise not really new gains, but at least constant...

A hip muscle is giving me some (changing) problems in squatting and DLing (since two years...), but at least I was able to DL 245kg twice in compettition recently. That was equipped lifting, but not anymore at around 115kg, now in the 93kg class.😉

My right hip is to the point where I don't even squat anymore.   Some light SSB squats to warm up sometimes.   Plus my shoulders kill me when I try to get under a straight bar.

245 at 93 is the shit man!  Great job!

I thought about slipping on the suit for some pulls the other day, but I was too damn fat!  Haha
