Didn't move quite as fast as the 550, but wasn't exactly a grinder either.

I was going to try it the other day but somehow tore something in my upper abs warming up with 405.  Didn't bruise too bad so hopefully I can give it a run soon.

Probably not the smartest thing to do before a contest, but it was calling to me tonight at Paul's before dinner.  Not like I'm going to finish anywhere but the bottom this weekend anyway.  Lol.  I think with a proper warmup I could get it to lockout.  Paul Knight's 172# Sahlaney Inch.
