I didn't even know anyone made grippers with springs like that thing.

I could make a catapult with a spring like that and launch a cat to the next suburb.

Sooooo MANY have no appreciation of really how hard that is to do! Be careful you don’t grind some of your teeth off with that! 😂👍🔥

I decided to look up some ratings data to put that in perspective.  According to cannon power works the average 3 rates at a 149 and the average 4 rates at a 214 for a 65 pound difference.  This is 71 pounds heavier than the average 4.  That means that in terms of raw numbers this is farther away from a 4 than a 4 is from a 3.  Absolute insanity.

In addition to the fact that this gripper is very hard, it is also is wide - 69mm. If at the same load the width was, for example 64mm, it would feel in the hand in a completely different...

That is insane.  So far the best I've ever managed on a gripper is 8-9 on the light spring for the Robert Baraban gripper so the kind of strength displayed there might as well be the freaking moon. I'll just be happy if I can eventually cert on the CoC 3.

If you set yourself some goals and are ready to give up something in life for their sake, then sooner or later you will achieve everything!

Heaviest I got is 213. Id like to try this...

The tougher the gripper, the heavier each pound of its load. I already wrote once that holding a bullet for about 30 seconds with CoC4 of 205-207 pounds, I could not perform a hold with 242.5-244.5 pounds BB Pro , on the first attempt... And it took me half a year to get a good hold ... But everything is real. Who goes to his goals - achieves them!

Thanks man.  Gonna just keep working on it and work on trying to get stronger.  Also really need to start working on getting my wrist stronger.
