Cant just sit still so did some grippers without hype.

Bent a pan also, David told me im doing it 100x harder then it have to be xD

Careful with the pan being braced against your abdomen, seems like a good way to get a hernia.

I have no pan bending experience but from the videos I have seen it looks like the pan should be braced against your hip and you drive downwards with your arms and body to bend the pan.

Gotta use the powerbelly when I have one 😁

I tried that to but couldn't really get it to work, I'll watch some technique video for the next one ^^

Feeling better today so did some more training but still trying to not get higher pulse. 

Did some bending: 

7mm 130mm DU PR 

7mm 180mm 1 pair of jeans pads could have gone barehanded instead 

Wrist curls with my knurrled block 

Plate wristcurls 10x8 rh 

Normal Wristcurls easy weight focus on pinky side 15x20x3

Elbow tendinitis flaired up on the heavy attempts so couldnt do backoff as planned. Happy with the close, no hype low pulse no caffeine. 

Played with some hubholds, terrible xD some 1 handed eurolift on 30ish just for fun.

A friend sent me some bolts and grippers. A 350LBS noname gripper left turn which feels like a monster. A filed #3.5 rated 188 and 4 pieces of bolts called 4.6 bolts 145mm and 135mm. According to my friend they are around 150 on David Hornes scale. I have no idea so ill take his word :)

As I first didn't know I started with the shortest one trying to DU bend it. Got a small kink in it, since its 135mm it feels like it disappears in the hands and I can't pressure it. 

Then I took a 145mm which melted, felt perhaps easier then the 7mm nails I have. 

Then tried one reverse, almost got it but its a bit to short to really get good pressure. 

Ended with trying to DO bend a 7mm nail 180mm long. Couldn't move it. So I bent it reverse and finnished it with a crush. 

 

4.6 bolt 135x0 

4.6 145mm x1 DU 

4.6 145 x0 (close) Reverse 

7mm 180mm nail x1 Reverse

Platewristcurls, 57kg dumbbell with fatgripz lifts and passes between hands. Thumbless lifts. 2 attempts on dumbbell toss thumbless. Platecurls. 

8mm hrs 150mm to 60°

8mm hrs 180 to sub 50cm 

 

Body was so damn tired on the apollon neither grip or body managed the 188 lift. Third time log ever, pressing is one of my biggest weaknesses but its fun to play some.

That filed 3.5 was so close! In a week or two it will be closes for sure. Amazing gripper progress
