I have no pan bending experience but from the videos I have seen it looks like the pan should be braced against your hip and you drive downwards with your arms and body to bend the pan. A filed #3.5 rated 188 and 4 pieces of bolts called 4.6 bolts 145mm and 135mm. According to my friend they are around 150 on David Hornes scale. I have no idea so ill take his word As I first didn't know I started with the shortest one trying to DU bend it. Got a small kink in it, since its 135mm it feels like it disappears in the hands and I can't pressure it. Then I took a 145mm which melted, felt perhaps easier then the 7mm nails I have. Then tried one reverse, almost got it but its a bit to short to really get good pressure. Ended with trying to DO bend a 7mm nail 180mm long. Couldn't move it.
