Only 41cm forearms? That would explain why you are so weak.

My goal is to beat your absolutely gross calfs.

That is a big measurement. 💪Over 16" Try flexing you hand inwards, Like a gooseneck and it should be even higher.

I think I've managed 43cm gooseneck or something with a bit sketchy measuring. If you weighed 128kg you would also have 40+ arms :) what's your wrist size?

Lifting weights while watching TV in the evening? You’d have to be a loser to be doing that.

Man you love to bust his chops. Harsh 🤣 here in uk we measure weight in stones. 128kg is 20 stone. For a 20 stone man is he in good shape.

David is secretly in love with me but doesn't want to show his queer side on the Internet. Can't blame him, he does look rather feminine already...

Everyone here measures in stones. A stone is 14lbs. So im about 12.5 stone. Its a very old way of measuring things and it was first used here in Medieval times but its still used today.

Im sure david will bite back at that remark haha.

The pathetic thing is that I don’t even know my 1rm by heart. That’s how little I care.
