Yepp! Thanks! Yea the plan have always been certing but now with the whole corona situation and family situation the whole thing with the certing process makes me a bit lazy xD

Fun fact, there is only 13 guys from sweden who have certed. 7 of them before ccs 2004 2 during 2004. So I could be the 7th guy in Sweden certing with CCS. Would be cool!

Det hade varit toppen om du blev min domare! Jag har redan planer på att komma upp till Örebro inom kort och leka med dina prylar + bryta armen av mig.

Av erfarenhet vet jag ju att du är fullkomligt oförmögen att få någonting att fastna på dina implents. Så det är nog lugnt 😅

Shoulder is injured so had to skip the rest of the bench. New technique (or old rather, I actually did 130kg fatgripz extreme before starting to do fatbar so rewarched that PR and saw i had my hands very tight) and it rewarded me with a PR. Feels good to pick up squats again!

I knew you had terrific horsepower but that was crazy strong. You will no doubt achieve your goals as long as desire is present and injury stay away.

Hi, the GHP8 with which you have almost succeeded to 2 mm near the CCS close does it also have a rgc of 166 or is it another GHP8?

You seem to have very little difference between your maximum MMS and your maximum CCS in any case.
