Blockbuster 33kg like 15-20 lifts in total 

Blob playing with easy weights 

SB holds with T 3 times 1 minute + 

SB holds with #4 17 and somewhere 10-12 

 

Right thumb is very tired.

Okey, so I finaly know what's wrong with my axle at home vs competition. Since my bar is 48.3mm instead of 50 it spins more in the weights then a normal axle would. Strapped on real spinnlock collars and 168 was max. 178 barely left the ground because I couldn't handle the spin. Gold thing: easier to get a good sturdy grip. Bar thing: for the moment I'm weak.

Fk thought I closed the #3.5 2 of my 3 attempts. Close but no banana. Tried my max deadlift with axle. Well that wont be a problem 250+ with straps wouldn't be a problem. So only a better grip needed.

Thanks! Lately the bench has gone better and better I think I could have done 160 today with a better lift. I have had some problems with my biceps tendon but have been pain free for like 5 months but it wasnt until last week I actually noticed I didnt really have contact with the muscle. Couldn't flex it properly etc. So for the last week I worked on just finding the contact and it atleast feels like it helps my triceps alot. 

First time I got positive words from my coach in the bench 😂

Hammercurls with 10kg plate with handles on. So also wrist training 10x3 

Bicepscurls 3x alot with 4kg 

Tried a different position in the hand with grippers today. More at the top of the fingers then normal. Well it payed off. Closest attempt on 3.5 ever and I can see it slip in the beginning. If i just kept the set it would have been a close. Also 2 reps CCS is a new PR and that's with 100% sure the credit card fits the opening.

Start manipulating your friends into thinking it’s the greatest sport of all time. Find the closest clubs in the area, visit them and you might actually find people who live closer to you who are willing to train with you just to avoid the travel. That’s pretty much what I did. 4 years ago it was just me and one other guy. Now we’re 21 guys and girls who armwrestle weekly. At first we were just at my house but now we have our own facility where we train.
