2 hands pinch was very good for thumbstrength! Will have to do that more.

my right pinky blew on the 200kg thumbless, last time it was left. You can hear it in the video.

frame improving! First set I failed the lift because Gandalf ro far back so had to wobble abit before I found the spot where I was strong enough. Took unnecessary energy and time from the lift.

Thanks! And I've only have about 10 workouts on the thing. Hows your way to 90lbs going?

10 workouts and 77lbs is siick! You are really strong at every lift which is really special quality. I have been training only Griptopz shallow hub(for upcoming contest) but it seems to have massive carryover to IM Hub. 90lbs is large but a near-term goal of mine.

At first it was super hard couldn't lift more then 26kg but then every workout I just managed to lift more. Thanks! It's my plan to build a good base with every lift and then specialize before events.

 

Insane numbers, good luck with that!

RT 88.5kg 

 

I spent 5 weeks of focusing on RT, gave me gains everywhere except 1rm RT xD my 10RM went up with 20kg but 1RM didnt move at all. So laines 10x3/3 times per week wasnt for me. 

 

I reached 150 also with some kgs left in the tank before going down in a slump! Climbing back again though.

I counted, yesterdays hub PR was the 10th workout with IM hub if you add that to the 3 workouts on my 100mm hub that's pritty good:D

New plan. I'm going back to powerlifting focus and will do grip as superset between core exercises and do axle/frame at the end of workouts when I have time/power. I need to get my deadlift up again to get a stronger closed grip and with that a stronger SB and fingers so I dont Injure myself again. The squats is good for everything and needed. 

60x10 barbell row actually taxed my grip so I'm really worn down. Hopefully focusing more on powerlifting will make me rest more and gain more. We will see! Now I just need a plan for squats and deads and I'm good to go. 

 

blob replica is harder then I thought it would be. I think the correct way of training it is heavy singles since wigren said he could do 16 reps with 1 blob and only 1 on the next blob he had which wasnt alot heavier. Seems like reps on low weight dont transfer so got (as in most grip) 

also wanted to take it slow in squats but then I got stupid and did 150x10, wont be able to walk for days :D

Apollons is a shitty lift. I have been doing a New technique and today i felt that it was really Good and strong. 4 reps on 168kg is definitely a PR. Never been able to do more then 1 rep, and then on the fifth lift I thought like okay I'll just try conventional for fun since I already gotten quality from the workout. And the fifth lift is the best lift ever, even with a small hold! Shitlift. XD

Some random gripper closings on 1.5 and 2 1 single on 2.5 and a choked 3.5 attempt approx 15mm. Silverbullet hold with #3 without bullet really sucky. Cant do heavy SB holds with pinky not 100%
