Competitors will be competing for their own personal best performance and a chance to move up the NAGS leaderboard. The five events listed below will be available. Competitors may choose up to three out of five events to compete in for records. Throughout the day there will also be armwrestling, Highland events, and strongman events to dabble in if you choose. There will be time before the event starts if competitors choose to complete Ironmind certifications. If you are interested in hitting a PR in any event listed and cracking the NAGS list, it's worth a shot. And...its free. Either way, it will be a good time with lots of door prizes etc. And lots of other strength related events: armwresing, highland games, strong man, and other feats of strength.
