Summer of rows festival- Feel free to post any and all rowing vids. I promise I wont give tips:)  Iam a big fan of them! I kicked it off couple weeks back and King crusher did great with his vid. Havi

Just for poops and giggles adding to the fun. 140lb anvil rows x7:  

First go at DB rows in months (or a year or more).  151.8 x 6. I’ll base everything off of my left (weaker hand) reps.

Thanks Joe. Speaking of endless uses of the sledge- I was trying to get a established shrub out of a big planter yesterday and after 10 minutes of tug of war I  broke out the 16lb sledge and crunched the planter- felt good to use it that way, LOL

Haha yes!!! I’ve used sledges for some pretty unorthodox things myself.. satisfying and effective!

8/15/19   Thumbless 1 arm rows IM axle 142 lb x 4 - To do this with my hand size 7 3/8" with the rotation the axle dishes out is really Baad:)

8/21/19 IM AXLE - 1 arm rows 167 lb x 4  set before this I actually did 167 lb  5 reps W/O setting down but not great last 2 reps so I uploaded my final set of the workout

I tried these for the first time yesterday. Loved them, but certainly didn’t use 167
