Well done! I'll have to try those with the slick caps.  Maybe 1 rep.  Lol

Thanks CEO, the Cap 101lb are slippery as fu%$. Baked enamel finish makes for challenging lifts. Just make sure to do cardio or some other grip stuff first.

7/25/19 GreshamGripper rows 175lb x 9 Rogue 2.0 bar(zero center knurling) GG rows have NO collars,NO hook grip, NO straps and NO resetting- NOT easy to keep level. wrist strength comes into play along, with hand strength and upper back.

Thats right. If you were new you’d think that grip consisted of big hands, inch, blobs and grippers.  Just aint true. But then again been around for 5 years and that’s all I see, with sprinkles of wrench, hub, and pinch.

Thanks Mike.  I appreciate it.  This thread has motivated me to get my row game back in shape.

Thanks CEO! Thats why I call you CEO of Rows, Inc. as your rows, especially 2 hand rowing game is absurdly strong and you dont have big hands. I tried but was happy that my lower back felt great afterwards so that is a plus. Hopefully, by end of summer I will around 212-215 BWT as I have been able to do sprints for first time in 2 years- current BWT this A.M. 224

Thanks, Michael! It's been fun looking through this thread and had to add something a bit weird ;) Thick bar strength is off this week but maybe next week I'll try my baby inch. Your rows are super strong!

We don't have heavier dumbbells..... welp this is my 5th time ever doing dumbbell rows so perhaps I shouldn't complain xD

If it's only your fifth time doing the exercise I don't think you'll need heavier bells at the moment I think you can get stronger just by using that dumbbell. Go as high as 50 reps or even more...

Just use an Ez-curl bar, Tricep bar or Oly barbell and go heavy. Doing 50 reps is not going to do sheet for ya- trust me!
