Titan 2.5" rotating handle: 105 x 17 right.  13 left but didn't film it.  After a wrist wrench workout.  90° 69% humidity in the Shed of Stink.

Nice. It's the dewpoint that you have to look at to determine how gross it is out. If its 70+ it's pretty bad.

Pull ups and rows, overhead presses and deadlifts are all a man needs to be a super man. The basics are what does it.

Power Rows with the NN this morning. Nothing blows up my whole back or helps my deadlift as much as these sloppy ass rows.  Killer grip workout too.  150kg x 15.  1.23 X BW

Today I did 100lb plate rim rows x 8. NO use of thumbs. Gently sloped, 3/4" rim depth. 102. 6lb right plate and 100.5 left plate- had not done since X-mas time so felt great.
