Carbon Steel vs Stainless Steel

Good Morning;

I have a question (note: my knowledge of physics and Chemicals is practically non-existent). Let's assume we have two hand Grippers with the same exact measurements: distance among handles of 70mm, inner diameter of 23mm, and spring diameter of 7mm, handle diameter of 19mm (having the handles of both hand grippes the same texture), being the springs manufactured under proper standards (Using good quality materials, and a proper termic process), and having as the only difference that one of the springs is made of Stainless Steel and the other one is made of Carbon Steel, which would be the difference in the ratings (in kilograms) of these Hand Grippers?

Best Regards, Nikola.
