hello, please check out my training video from today grip session and tell me if my training is good or not, and thanks to all the gripsters of gripboard that helped me.

Looks good.   The name of the game is "progressive resistance training" so continue to find ways to make things heavier or harder - do more reps- or hold things longer.

As you get better with that beam try to do things with it one handed. 

Do you know about how much it weighs?

It is okay. But relax Omar no need to send reminders people will see when are free and reply. No one is always free. So, either do much much more reps or hold waaaay longer. Don't forget to do strength training too. Like deadlifts, stones and so on.

 i dont know the timber how much weighs it seems for my light, but when i fastened a 5kg weight plates on each side it becomes heavy, i can also add weight plates on it
