king crusher 609 Posted May 30 I've been hitting pull ups pretty hard the last few months and then started doing clapping style and weighted pull ups along with paused at the top pull ups etc. I've randomly tried muscle ups a couple times throughout the years unsuccessfully as I personally couldnt do one at 235+ pounds although I never did pull ups consistently then either. So I tried these last week and to my surprise was able to do a few singles along with a double. So this week I did a few doubles and a couple singles.
