Shal9097 87 Posted May 16, 2019 Share Posted May 16, 2019 About a month ago I was nowhere near closing my #2 that has been sitting in a box in my closet for years. I started using a consistent program and writing down my workouts, and now I am doing 5x5 with that #2 and I just closed my HG250 for the first time. Feeling pretty good and I’m hoping to take down the #3 by the end of the summer Quote Link to post Share on other sites
