Between gripper sets

How much time do you take between gripper sets in a workout? What do you do in that time to promote recovery for the next set?

Everything from 40 seconds to 10 minutes depending what the goal of the workout is.

Usually just rest for about 5-10 minutes. Maybe try to massage the forearms and keep them warmed up. If I'm doing multiple goal gripper attempts, I'll rest a bit longer.

I rest no more than a minute between any kind of set. I dot do anything between the set. Youcan do rubber band extensions if you like, in between.

I do gripper sets in between (bench) pressing sets. Usually rest 4-6 minutes.
