db2000
I have been thinking about this lately. Some people in powerlifting advocate work that is not directly correlated to the powerlifts, but help bring up a base level of conditioning so that you can perform a higher level of volume, recover better etc. So for example dragging a sled , higher rep work, conditioning. Does anyone do this with grip work? For example rice bucket work on rest days for volume, Ironmind egg...any other suggestions? If so do you have specific days dedicated to this type of work? Do you throw it in at the end of a session
