04/28/19- 225lbs Barbell rows with Fat Gripz Extreme. First time trying these but leave a great pump in the forearms!!

Second Video-316.5x4.9@182.6lbs on Titan 2" Axle Bar. (21.5 lb bar used 10's and 2.5's on sides to balance out)

Very strong DO IM axle work. You will no doubt soon(if not now) have double BWT on that- very, very rare! Stay healthy and 400lb plus will be yours.

This is very humbling. I have hit 365 in training on a titan 2" axle but I have not yet tested my max on the IM and looking forward to seeing what I can hit. Thank you!!

6/12/19 - 328lbsx2x1 pause DOH deadlifts on IM axle. Current bodyweight 182.6lbs. Back in the office and back in business.Keeping same concept of doing first set with no chalk and second with chalk.
