Nice list, but you're missing King Kong. October 26th. I'm sure you guys could host a venue in Texas.

250+ competitors are expected worldwide. One-Hand Flask, 2.5" Crusher, DubHub Shallow Hub, Little Big Horn. The contest seems tailor-made for you.

These are great training sessions. Is 'hand balance' walking on your hands?

Hello I use that as a blanket term for handstands, Hollow backs, crow & crane, planche, HS push ups and whatever dumb pose I can hold on a given day.

Calisthenics done correctly will mend the shoulders and increase pain free motion. It’s incredibly useful to me.

Hi, I've got a long history of f*cked up shoulders. What would you say are good calisthenetics beginners moves that are possibly benificial to shoulder health?

Royz I’m going to say no, probably not. It’s just a tool - owning a hammer doesn’t make me a carpenter, right?

IF you have a long history of shoulder problems it means given a new tool you will continue to not fix it. You need to learn the fix not get more tools. Most adults I have met have shoulder and spine issues because they are too lazy to read and too stupid to learn.

Bone #1 I’ll throw you is the shoulder has 15 ranges of motion

bone #2 i toss out- it’s typically not the shoulder that’s the issue when someone has a shoulder problem. Look above and below.

Wow! I'm new to fatgripz and was woundering alittle about the technique.. Anything special to think about when gripping around the handle? Thumb placement/wristplacement etc?

Conventional deadlift or sumo?

Here's a video of my current PR any pointers?

If you search my YouTube channel adamtglass2007 you will see many clips of FG & FGE. It’s so much simpler to see it on film rather than read it in words. My best this year so far is 410 on Blue grips DOH and 335 on orange DOH weighing 208 lb.
