Ouch! That was a really nasty injury. What a shame, good nothing serious got damaged. I wish you a speedy recovery. I'm sure you'll get back stronger than before 💪

Not pretty but by comparison much better.

You could always epoxy a piece of 3/4" pipe to the inch to add more weight... or would that ruin the masterpiece that is the inch?

double 200 lb Thomas Inch lifted level- first successful rep since I tore up the finger in November. To me lifting the 200s this way is way harder than lifting 450 double overhand on the axle.

got better

lost weight

but then gained a 104 kg Holle Inch 

today was first day of lift attempts 

body weight 208 lb this AM

104 kg millennium bell replica + fbbc 78 kg with platemates on 104 — first double lift I’ve got with this huge thing

big volume on fat bar lifts but fab was sticking hand to hand thumbless inch transfer. I have done before but not in a while

returning to plate curl work

first day lifting on a Saxon bar since finger injury (28Nov21) 

289 

 

294 lb 

297 lb - this is 1.41x body weight I think that’s my best pinch ratio ever on this size bar. This exceeds my best lift ever by 9lb and my record for the bar by nearly 30.
