Crazy strong as usual but your Thumbless lifts are off the charts strong💪

I got some big goal numbers in mind with this. My best thumbless is about 82% of best doh. I think closing that distance will be highly beneficial

I know you were quite fond of grippers before, did you quit doing them since it has low carry over and drain the grip too much for optimal progression on other exercises? Since you like competing and everything.

i train SB it’s part of my sport. That’s the only use I have for a gripper now. They do not improve the important lifts results but will drag the numbers down.

Yes, precisely.

If you are chasing the MM ladder it makes sense. I think the COC is a worthy goal too. If you ever want to compete I recommend pushing your axle rt and pinch the most as it allows best point advantage with the scoring system

That’s a brutal job!I remember that sort of work from my teens and twenties. Back perpetually sore. Hands blistered. But I never skipped a workout.

Seriously today was a 10/10 in terms of wrong tool for job, no ice, direct sunlight for 8 hours, nothing but hard packed stones and clay for the whole run. My lifts overall low today but ok volume. Need more revolver and steak

I’m figuring out the angles to hold a bell in one hand and plate curl in the other. Couple of weeks I’ll be able to do that

Now you're just messing with our heads, every time I watch you lift something I'm expecting to hear that bionic sound from the 6 million dollar man.
