Proper plate hub grip position or cheating

Only a month in to training hub-style lifts, so is this position good enough for a green light or not? This was taken from a video of mine doing a deadlift set of 3 with the plate.

Looks good, there's not really a wrong way for a plate hub with spokes, just don't tilt it towards your fingers too much.

Here’s the video below. I know my deadlift form/posture is likely terrible, but as I said I am new to hub lifting and plate pinching.
