Doesn't have much (any) use in grip I can think of but I thought it interesting.

No use at all, but I want it so badly. Maybe if I take out a home equity loan that will be enough for the down payment.

Now I can upload a 50KG plate to my barbell. But this??! Haha I need to try it one time. I don't think I can. If somehow I could then it should stay there. To achieve it one should only train how to add and deload the barbell on this weight. A weird movement.
