My no. 2

Hi all Just managing to rep the no. 2 COC gripper x5 should i move on to the 2.5 now or carry on training with no. 2? i feel my grip has come on as i couldn't close the no.2 at the beginning.  Thanks for your help.

I would keep crushing the #2 for some more time. Do more sets or reps. Depending on the strength of your #2, the #2.5 is usually a good way up in strength.

Keep doing what you have been doing. It seems to work, totally unnecessary to change anything.

What kind of reps? CCS or MMS? Anyway depending on how hard your #2 and #2.5 (and how good you are at repping/maxing) you probably need to be able to do 10ish reps on the #2 before you can close the #2.5.

You could also try and buy a gripper that's usually sort of in the middle of these two, like a GHP5 or a RB210. Check this for rating data on most common grippers. https://cannonpowerworks.com/pages/grip-strength-ratings-data
