I can’t stand removing the pin all the time to add plates with my sciatica, believe it or not.

Mike Rinderle
Strong work Joe! Carabiner helps a little, but not a ton. You can't get much tilt when the weight gets up there anyway. That's big weight.

Guest
Today was supposed to me 2 inch axle day, but I felt more like using the 2 3/8 inch. I went with my gut and scored some PRs. I actually prefer the 2 3/8 version 210x10 260x8 270x6 280x5 320 for timed hold (NEW PR) 330 (just missed) arm assassin thumb blaster 140x10 185x10 195x6 70 pound kettle bell swings for some strength/cardio 70x25 70x25 70x25 70x25 320 timed hold miss at 330. Think I would have had it had I not done so many heavy high rep sets previously Edited March 25, 2019 by Guest
Mike Rinderle
Good stuff Joe! I like to work up to my heavy single or PR attempt first and then drop down for my rep work and/or holds. That way I get all the work in, but it doesn't affect my max attempts.

Thanks for the tip big Guy! This was an impromptu attempt at the end. Just got a little crazy and went with it.
Guest
Been loving the 2 3/8 inch axle , did it again today. Like it better than the 2 inch. Maybe this will be road to 400 2 3/8 inch? I’m already at 330! 210x10 270x10 300x3.5 300x3 300x3 kettlebell with weight added for time block weight lifts for time
FrankSobotka
@Joseph Sullivan 400 with that would be a monster lift, I think you should go for it. Perfect candidate Edited March 29, 2019 by FrankSobotka

Perfect candidate I’m gonna go for it... stick with the 2 3/8 version for a while. Maybe rotate here and there. For variety.

Mike Rinderle
Good stuff Joe. With all the 2 3/8 work lately, you should be getting some good lifts with that nasty hard Inch.
