FBBC 2.5" Crusher - 250lbs (after training)

LAINE SNOOK

Recommended Posts

Hello All,

Eased up 250lbs on the Crusher tonight, after my training session.  I'd done 5 sets of 8 with 100.5kgs, so my back wasn't very happy with me.  Thumb seems to be holding up to the abuse!

Tonight I'll be trying not to cry myself to sleep because your one handed crusher lift is approaching my max axle lift. Unreal strength.

Seems that everytime you post a video the max lift bar gets set a little bit higher for us mortals, hehe. Loving your workout space btw!

awesome !! hope to see you compete at king kong this year ?

Thank you for your kind words....well, word technically...

I want to get 300lbs on the Crusher this year, I am probably good for 280+ now, if I was fresh and it was one of those 6" lift things.  My back is knackered (lots of bits in jars) and standing up can be an issue, rather than actually holding on!  I have seen the events, they look favourable...just depends if I can be comfortable enough to go somewhere and do it (Autistic)
