Some Crusher work with 106kgs - lacking power tonight.

Used 106kgs on the FBBC 2.5" Crusher tonight...lacking power, and have a bit of a back issue to contend with.  I am going to go up to 250lbs next time and hope for a better result.  I will probably do a video using the Monster Crush too, as I have been doing some training with it.

I know what you mean, video or it didn’t happen. Prior to King Kong 2018 I was trying to be low key and not let people know where I was at. Trust you will see more from me soon. Nothing like Laine, but I’ll do my best.

That was my first thought as well. I want to have bad days like this   When I have a bad day I can barely do 10 reps with any weight

It was 'lacking'...which is a bit annoying, it didn't feel heavy, and went from being easy enough to impossible in a matter of seconds.  Yoga here I come!!!!!

Haha, grip traning is funny, it can feel easy and suddently all power is gone. Never quite felt that way with other exercises.

Looking forward to see what you can do in competition on this handle.

I was testing my max on the wrist wrench a couple of days ago: 30 kg went up like nothing, 32.5 kg felt like a ton and didn't move a mm.

The WW is extreme in that sense.
