Questions from noob AW

Q1: How do you set up your training splits around AW? One day for pull up variants and curl variants (Mainly the upper arm) & other day for hand control movements, such as pronations, cupping exercises, training frequency, etc.

Q2: The athlete Arsen Liliev, is a top roller with small hands, how does he do it? Does he have so much brachi and biceps power to overcome his lack of hand control because of his small hand?
