501.5lbs DO Deadlift

Saw a post with someone doing 500lbs sumo so i tought i would give it a go!

I'm proud to say that I can take some credit to the fact that he is into grip :D Haha

Haha! You are correct, i would never gotten Into griptraining if it wasn't for the help with grippers and later the equipment you made for me! Thanks again :D

I'd say 500 DO is elite level. It's a goal of mine to do 200 kg/440 lbs, but the main problem is getting my deadlift to that number :D
